An ode to the old-growth forest, celebrating the local colors.



Participating in an artist-in-residence experience is a wonderful way for me to travel. I love to focus on a single location and build a connection with the land. Being able to fully immerse myself in the landscape for a period of time is important to me.

I usually choose residencies in or near nature reserves. One of my main research projects, of course, is on local pigments. On this page, you'll find a photo impression of the locations and the projects I've worked on.
